u can have pliatsc only which are for like normal ground and stuffs and u can have metal and plastic mixed which are called TrX FG which i just bought 1 today (:

This is an amazing list of things to do and avoid to prevent experiencing this at night. It’s the most unmcofortable feeling, especially when all you want to do is take a rest. Thanks for this. I’ll definitely follow all of them.
