Greg, So what you are saying: If someone is tortured into a confession, we should accept the confession, and only then prosecute the police for torture?Of course you will say you are only talking about filmed fogugae(thotoh that is not obvious from your wording), but it is the first step down a slippery slope. We either protect ALL rights or none at all.
